How You Log In To Your Telehealth Appointment

you will be receiving an email a day before with the link to your appointment if you haven’t received it please feel

free to contact our office at 253-268-0720 and our staff will be happy to assist you

When you receive the link you can either press on the link or copy the link and paste it on your web browser. the system will ask you to enter the patient’s name and the date of birth to allow you to log into your telehealth appointment.
